What This Is

Hugh Vega 📐's scoped workspace — the folder his Obsidian Hermes plugin points at (workingFolder: /vaults/tac-gkos/VIS). His Tier-1 sandbox under GL-006-hugh-vega-routing-protocol: where he drafts, annotates, and stages before anything becomes canon.

Rules

• Hugh Vega may auto-write here and only here (once tirith is scoped to this path — an ADR-002 amendment).
• Nothing in VIS is canon. Promotion to canon routes through Claude Code with Tony's approval.
• Everything he writes carries ai_assisted: true + lineage: ["Hugh Vega 📐 (Mac · Nous Hermes Agent)"].

JD Note

VIS sits at the vault root as Hugh Vega's staging bay. If it should carry a Johnny-Decimal address or register as a formal area, that's a follow-up — flagged in PLAN-020-hugh-vega-vault-routing.
