Scope: /Users/mellow-26/container/TAC-GKOS Method: Cross-referenced JDex Master (00.00), IA doc (2026-05-18), CLAUDE.md (root), and actual on-disk directory/file counts.
1. Canonical Sources
Three documents define the JD structure:

The JDex Master and IA Document are mostly consistent with each other. Both define the same 10 domains and standard zero pattern. Minor difference: the IA doc section 8.1 lists standard zero allocations per domain; the JDex Master lists active category numbers per domain.
