Content-IDEA seed — matches 💡Idea-NNN in the Knowledge seedbed (40-49 Knowledge & Concepts/45 Ideas & Brainstorms/). Captured via the New Idea (Seedbed) button as status: seed + promote_as: IDEA + needs_routing: true; the seedbed is the "no man's land" until Claude Code registers IDEA-NNN in place (then it may graduate to a TN). Distinct pipeline from meta/vault-improvement ideas, which go to the Vault Build-Out Backlog.
